Your shift at the desk

You are an intern at the office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. People write letters, send messages and come in person. In each case decide: is this a constitutional right or duty, which article applies, was the restriction allowed, and where should the person turn. After every decision a senior officer explains how the case is resolved and quotes the official text of the article.
